- Fully bootstrapped. No fresh funding flowing in yet.
- Full salary not available in months 1-3. This is a side position, not a replacement for your main income.
- No false promises. We won't say "you'll be rich soon" or "50% equity guaranteed unicorn."
What We Offer
- Learn by building. Product, marketing, ops theory? You practice it directly on the Yourever case.
- Real ownership. Not working "top-down." You have a voice in product and business direction.
- Real portfolio. The content you create goes live on @yourever.id. Your pricing strategy gets used by 50 rental owners. Your landing page gets read and converts.
- AI tools on us. We provide access to AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT Plus, Midjourney, etc.) as long as bootstrap holds. You don't need to pay for subscriptions yourself to get work done.
- AI workflow guided by founder. You won't be left alone facing AI. The founder will personally guide you on how to use AI for your role — from prompt engineering, automation workflow, to decision-making. You learn together, not left guessing.
- Sweat equity. Not "maybe you'll get it." Real equity, 2-year vesting, 3-month cliff. Range: 1% - 5% depending on contribution and area. You are free to leave anytime — but if you stay and build, your equity stays and grows.

- You believe MSME rentals (cars, cameras, event equipment) are the backbone of the local economy.
- Comfortable with uncertainty. Can work even when SOPs are still being written together.
- Have an idea at 11 PM? Send it on Discord. We don't set work hours. We measure output and ideas.
- Willing to invest time and energy now for sweat equity + experience you cannot get on a conventional career path.
Not For You If
- You need financial stability in the next 3 months. (This is a side gig, not a paycheck.)
- You are looking for a position with a neat job description and a mentor who guides step-by-step.
- You are not interested in the MSME and operational business world.
- You are looking for a fancy title without wanting to get into the field.
How We Work
Full Remote. Discord Vibe. Flexible Hours. Founder-Guided AI.
Working Hours
Flexible. However much you have ideas and energy. No clock-in, no morning stand-up, no "you must be online at this hour." We believe people are productive at different times. Some get ideas at 1 AM. Some work between classes. Some only have weekends. The only measure: is your idea moving? Is the task done? Not how many hours you sit in front of a laptop.
Location
Fully remote. Whether you're in Papua, Medan, Surabaya, or Bekasi — same thing. We communicate via Discord (yes, gaming channel vibe: voice chat, project threads, memes, progress shares). Meetings? Async first, voice call when needed. No Zoom fatigue.
Duration
Initial commitment of 3 months. Not a prison contract — this is a mutual testing phase. If it's a fit, we continue with equity vesting. If you feel it's not a fit, you are free to leave with your portfolio and experience intact. If we feel it's not a fit, we'll tell you honestly.
AI-First Workflow — Guided, Not Abandoned
We are not a company that bans AI. We provide AI tools for you: ChatGPT Plus / Claude Pro (for research & copywriting), Midjourney / Canva AI (for visual assets), Notion AI (for documentation), and any other AI tool relevant to your tasks. But here's the difference: You won't be left alone facing AI. The founder will personally guide you on how to use AI for your role — from prompt engineering, automation workflow, to decision-making. You get AI workflow templates tested by the founder for your area, weekly async reviews, and freedom to tweak. You don't need to pay for AI subscriptions yourself. We cover it as long as bootstrap holds.
