1. Introduction
Invoice Credits are a prepaid credit system designed for users on the Pay-as-You-Go tier. By purchasing, topping up, or using Invoice Credits, you agree to be bound by this Invoice Credit Agreement ("Agreement") in addition to the Yourever Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Users on the Lite, Pro, or Founder's Circle subscription tiers receive unlimited invoice issuance as part of their subscription and are not required to purchase or use Invoice Credits.
2. Legal Characterization
Invoice Credits are a prepaid, non-refundable license to issue invoices on the Yourever Platform. They are not:
- A deposit, escrow, or custodial arrangement;
- Electronic money (e-money) or a digital currency;
- A financial instrument, security, or investment product;
- A prepayment for goods or services from Yourever beyond the invoice issuance license;
- Stored value subject to financial services regulation.
3. Purchase & Top-Up
3.1 Minimum Top-Up
The minimum top-up amount for Invoice Credits is Rp 20,000 (twenty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction.
3.2 Payment Method
Payment is made via bank transfer to Yourever's designated bank account. Yourever does not store or process your payment details directly; all payment processing is handled through secure third-party channels.
3.3 Confirmation
Invoice Credits will be credited to your account within 1x24 hours on business days following confirmation of payment.
4. Using Invoice Credits
4.1 Deduction Rate
Each invoice issued deducts Rp 2,500 (two thousand five hundred Indonesian Rupiah) from your Invoice Credit balance. Deductions occur at the time of invoice creation and are non-reversible regardless of whether the invoice is paid, cancelled, or voided.
4.2 Monthly Cap
The maximum deduction per calendar month is Rp 149,000 (one hundred forty-nine thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Once this cap is reached, no further deductions will be made for the remainder of the calendar month. The cap resets at the start of each calendar month.
4.3 Balance Check
You may check your Invoice Credit balance at any time through the dashboard. A notification will be sent when your balance falls below Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
5. Validity & No Expiration
Invoice Credits do not expire and remain valid for the lifetime of your Yourever account. There are no monthly deductions, inactivity fees, or forced forfeiture of unused credits, except as explicitly provided in Sections 8 and 9 of this Agreement.
6. Non-Custodial
Yourever never holds, touches, or controls rental funds belonging to you or your tenants. Invoice Credits are solely a prepaid license for issuing invoices on the Platform. All rental payments from your tenants flow directly to you through third-party payment processors, and Yourever has no custodial role in those transactions.
7. Non-Transferable
Invoice Credits are tied to your specific tenant account and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other account, individual, or entity. Invoice Credits cannot be converted back to cash or any other form of credit.
8. Non-Refundable
8.1 Statutory Refund Rights
Nothing in this Agreement limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including any right to a refund or cancellation as provided by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
8.2 Technical Error Refund
If Invoice Credits are deducted due to a verified technical error on Yourever's part, Yourever will credit the equivalent amount back to your Invoice Credit balance within 1x24 hours of the error being confirmed.
8.3 Voluntary Cancellation
If you voluntarily close your Yourever account, any remaining Invoice Credit balance will be forfeited. No refund or compensation will be provided for unused credits upon voluntary account closure.
9. Insolvency Protection
In the event that the Yourever platform is decommissioned, dissolved, or enters insolvency proceedings:
- Yourever will provide at least 90 (ninety) calendar days advance notice to all affected users;
- During the notice period, Invoice Credits may be used normally to issue invoices;
- After the 90-day period, any unused Invoice Credits will be forfeited.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
10.2 Amendments
Yourever reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes at least 30 (thirty) calendar days in advance via email and platform notification.
Material changes to the deduction rate (currently Rp 2,500 per invoice) or the monthly cap (currently Rp 149,000) require a minimum of 30 (thirty) calendar days' notice.
