1. Introduction
Inner Circle is an exclusive community program designed for Lite, Pro, and Founder's Circle tenants of the Yourever platform. The program provides members with access to a shared blacklist system, communication infrastructure for sub-renting and other member-to-member transactions, and other community features.
By enrolling in Inner Circle, you agree to be bound by these Inner Circle Terms ("IC Terms") in addition to the Yourever Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these IC Terms and the Terms of Service, these IC Terms shall prevail with respect to matters concerning the Inner Circle program.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
2.1 Eligibility
Inner Circle is available exclusively to Owner or Admin users of active Lite, Pro, or Founder's Circle accounts on the Yourever platform. Tenants on a free or trial plan are not eligible. Yourever reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to deny or revoke enrollment if the Tenant does not meet the eligibility criteria.
2.2 Opt-In Consent
Enrollment in Inner Circle requires your explicit opt-in consent. During the enrollment process, you will be presented with a consent checkbox that confirms you have read, understood, and agree to:
- These Inner Circle Terms;
- The sharing of limited blacklist data as described in Section 3; and
- The Yourever Privacy Policy as it relates to the processing of your data within the Inner Circle program.
By checking the consent box and completing enrollment, you provide your explicit consent to the processing activities described in these IC Terms. You may withdraw your consent at any time by leaving the Inner Circle program through your account settings, which will result in the removal of your data from the shared blacklist within 14 days.
3. Blacklist Code of Conduct
3.1 Permitted Data
Members may only submit the following types of data to the shared blacklist: (a) the name of the party involved; (b) the WhatsApp number of the party involved; and (c) a factual, chronological summary of the disputed transaction. All submissions must be objective and factual in nature.
3.2 Prohibited Data
The following types of data are strictly prohibited from being submitted to the shared blacklist:
- Government-issued identification numbers (e.g., KTP, passport, driver's license);
- Residential or business addresses;
- Financial account information (bank account numbers, credit card numbers, etc.);
- Subjective comments, opinions, or evaluations (e.g., "this person is a scammer");
- Health data or other sensitive personal information;
- Any data that violates applicable data protection laws.
3.3 Accuracy & Responsibility
Each member is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data they submit to the shared blacklist. Yourever does not verify, investigate, or confirm the accuracy of any blacklist entry submitted by members. Yourever acts as passive infrastructure for the storage and retrieval of blacklist data and does not endorse, certify, or guarantee the reliability of any entry.
Members shall not submit entries they know to be false, misleading, or made in bad faith. Submission of knowingly false information may result in immediate termination of Inner Circle membership and account suspension.
3.4 Violations & Enforcement
Violation of this Blacklist Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of Inner Circle membership, removal of blacklist entries, and/or suspension or termination of the member's Yourever account, at Yourever's sole discretion. Yourever reserves the right to determine, in its sole judgment, whether a submission violates this Code of Conduct.
4. Data Subject Rights & 14-Day Dispute Mechanism
4.1 Data Subject Rights
Individuals whose data appears in the Inner Circle shared blacklist retain all rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing. To exercise these rights, the data subject may contact Yourever at the contact details provided in Section 8 below.
4.2 Dispute Submission
If you believe that your data has been incorrectly or unfairly included in the shared blacklist, you may submit a dispute by emailing privacy@yourever.dev with the subject line "Blacklist Dispute". Your dispute must include your name, the WhatsApp number associated with the blacklist entry, and a clear explanation of why you believe the entry is incorrect or should be removed.
4.3 14-Day Resolution Process
Upon receipt of a valid dispute, Yourever will forward the dispute to the member who submitted the blacklist entry within three (3) business days. The submitting member shall have fourteen (14) calendar days to provide counter-evidence supporting the accuracy of their entry. If the submitting member fails to provide counter-evidence within the 14-day period, the disputed entry will be automatically removed from the shared blacklist.
If counter-evidence is provided, Yourever will review both the dispute and the counter-evidence. Yourever's determination regarding the entry shall be final and binding, subject to the appeal process in Section 4.4.
4.4 Appeal
If Yourever determines that a disputed entry should be retained, the data subject may submit an appeal with additional evidence supporting their claim. Yourever may, but is not obligated to, remove entries that are clearly false, erroneous, or submitted in violation of this Code of Conduct, even after the 14-day period has elapsed.
5. Sub-Renting & Platform Neutrality
5.1 Facilitation Only
Yourever provides communication infrastructure within Inner Circle to facilitate sub-renting and other transactions between members. Yourever acts solely as infrastructure and is not a party to any agreement, contract, or arrangement entered into between Inner Circle members. Yourever does not facilitate payments, hold escrow, or act as an intermediary in any member-to-member transaction.
5.2 No Liability
Yourever shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any member-to-member transactions, including but not limited to: payment failure, property damage, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, or any other dispute arising between Inner Circle members. Members engage in sub-renting and other transactions entirely at their own risk.
5.3 Member Responsibility
Each Inner Circle member is solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any member-to-member transaction. Members agree to indemnify and hold Yourever harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to any member-to-member transaction.
Members are encouraged to formalize their sub-renting arrangements in written agreements and to take independent steps to verify the identity and credibility of counterparties before transacting.
6. Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yourever and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) any blacklist contribution made by the member that violates applicable law or these IC Terms; (b) any member-to-member transaction, including but not limited to claims for payment, property damage, or fraud; (c) the member's violation of these IC Terms; or (d) any defamation, libel, slander, or privacy claim arising from blacklist submissions.
7. Termination of Membership
7.1 Voluntary Termination
Members may leave the Inner Circle program at any time through their account settings. Upon voluntary termination, the member's data submitted to the shared blacklist will be removed within fourteen (14) calendar days. The member's access to Inner Circle features, including the blacklist and member communication infrastructure, will cease immediately upon leaving the program.
7.2 Termination by Yourever
Yourever may terminate or suspend a member's Inner Circle membership immediately upon notice if:
- The member violates the Blacklist Code of Conduct (Section 3);
- The member's Yourever account is terminated, suspended, or downgraded below the Lite tier;
- Your subscription is downgraded from Lite, Pro, or Founder's Circle to a free or trial tier;
- The member's continued participation poses a legal risk to Yourever, as determined in Yourever's sole discretion.
7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of Inner Circle membership: (a) access to Inner Circle features, including the shared blacklist and member communication infrastructure, will cease immediately; (b) the member's submitted blacklist data will be retained for up to fourteen (14) calendar days for the purpose of resolving any pending disputes, after which it will be removed; and (c) these IC Terms shall terminate, except for those provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to Sections 5, 6, and 8.
