Smart Upsell — AI recommends add-ons (tent + sleeping bag, camera + wide lens) based on similar customer purchase patterns.
Risk Scoring — AI assesses "how safe is it to rent to this customer?" based on rental history, reviews, and payment patterns.

This phase depends on how much data is collected in Phase 1 & 2. We cannot leap to AI without a strong data foundation. If you join now, your data is the fuel for these features.
